I am new to Octopus inks thanks to Bottle and Plume. The ink performs exactly as advertised looks even better in person. Presentation in the box and the shape of the bottle both compliment the product. The order was, as per usual, delivered promptly and in good order. My order was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The real star of the show in this transaction is the level of customer service I've received in getting to know Bottle and Plume. All of my orders are quickly filled and posted. I haven't had a problem that I needed to reach out for customer service but I feel sure that my problem would be solved effectively to my satisfaction.
