We want you to love your purchase from Bottle and Plume! If you encounter an issue with your order, please review our policy below.

Eligibility:
You may return new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. INK SAMPLES AND INK SAMPLE BOXES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs for these items. Please use a shipping method with tracking (USPS Ground Advantage is a good and reasonably-priced option), as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reporting an Issue:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bottleandplume.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
Shipping Costs:
Bottle and Plume WILL cover the shipping costs for returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions.
Exchanges:
We gladly offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. Bottle and Plume does not offer store credit at this time.
All returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Items showing signs of use or damage due to improper handling will not qualify for a refund.
