Octopus Fluids RIMIK Ink Extender (100mL)

Octopus Fluids Ink Extender is colorless fountain pen ink for lightening and stretching your favorite colors without simply watering them down. It is especially useful with the RIMIK Rainbow Ink Mixing Kit when you want to move a recipe toward a paler tint.

Because the Extender is built from the same kinds of raw materials used in writing ink—minus the dye—it helps preserve flow and writing behavior better than dilution with plain water. It can be mixed with Octopus Classic, Pastel, Write & Draw, Sheen, Dual Shading, and Glitter inks, as well as inks from other makers. Test small batches first (in a leftover Bottle & Plume ink sample vial, for example!); different dyes can respond differently when mixed.
