Kaweco Collection Perkeo Fountain Pen - Infrared

The Kaweco Collection Perkeo in Infrared catches light like a small piece of stained glass. Its translucent resin shifts from vivid red toward magenta as the angle changes, with the Perkeo's many facets throwing light and shadow across the cap and barrel. It is bright, unapologetic, and very easy to spot when it is time to jot down the thought you nearly lost.

Underneath the color is the same wonderfully practical Perkeo found elsewhere in the Bottle & Plume catalog: a lightweight, full-size fountain pen with a snap cap and a gently faceted ergonomic grip. The clear feed is the especially good detail here—you can watch the ink travel toward the nib, and the translucent barrel keeps the remaining cartridge visible.

The Infrared includes a Kaweco Ruby Red cartridge and has room for a spare short cartridge in the barrel. It also accepts a full-size standard converter when you want to write from bottled ink.
