Refilling

Itoya Blade fountain pens are pre-filled, disposable pens with a sealed ink reservoir. They’re not designed to be refilled, and Itoya doesn’t offer a refill system—when they run dry, you simply replace the pen. If you love the writing feel and want a fully refillable option, you may want to try a Platinum Preppy instead.

That said, some hobbyists online experiment with syringe-refilling or pulling the feed to refill them, but that’s not something Itoya supports, and we can’t guarantee results or recommend it.
