Diamine Oxford Blue is my favorite blue-black fountain pen ink (and that's saying something!). It's regal, subdued, and classy, and it looks just as amazing in a love letter as it does in your business writing. Oxford Blue is definitely one of those "desert island" inks for me.
This is a dye-based (non-permanent, non-waterproof) ink.
