Diamine Forever Ink — Permanent Pigment Fountain Pen Ink

Waterproof, lightfast, and truly permanent, Diamine Forever is a pigment-based ink formulated to behave well in fountain pens while also excelling with brushes, dip pens, and calligraphy nibs. Lines stay crisp on the page and won’t lift with water once dry, making it a solid pick for sketching, document work, addressing envelopes, and everyday notes you want to last.

Fountain-pen notes (read me):

• This is a pigment ink. Keep your pen capped and don’t let the ink dry out in the feed. If you won’t use the pen for a few days, flush it.
• Clean regularly (every fill or two): plain water first; a pen flush if needed. Avoid mixing pigment inks with other inks inside the pen (layering on paper is fine).
• Some bright/saturated colors can lightly tint clear/demonstrator pens or converters. If you care about keeping plastics crystal-clear, test first or use a non-transparent pen.
• Works best in normal/wet pens; very dry or extra-fine nibs may feel a touch drier than with dye inks.
