Diamine Ink - Arabian Nights (Shimmer - 50mL Bottle)

A dark fountain pen ink with a shimmer of starlight gleaming through. Diamine's Arabian Nights ink pairs a deep purple-black base color with silver shimmer:  sparkly enough to make a letter feel like an occasion.

Blue undertones give the base color depth. The silver particles catch the light as you turn the page, with the effect depending on your wide and wet your fountain pen's nib is, how absorbent your paper is (paper with more coating, like Clairefontaine, is perfect for inks like this), and how evenly the shimmer is mixed before writing.

Like other shimmer inks, it asks for a little care: gently mix the bottle before filling, roll the pen occasionally to redistribute settled particles, and clean it regularly. Use a pen with a feed you can flush easily and avoid letting the ink dry inside it.
