Products

All products we sell are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we sell. In the case where we accidentally oversell an item due to incorrect stock numbers, we will refund your money.

For “mystery” products such as Ink Sample Boxes, the contents of each ink sample box may be different. Unfortunately we cannot honor requests for specific items in a mystery box (i.e. requesting a specific ink in a mystery box).

Orders

All orders are processed in a timely manner. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Payment

We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout. All payment information is processed securely via squarespace’s payment processor.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and method chosen. We strive to ship orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within seven days for a refund or replacement. We reserve to choose whether we refund or replace your items on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Bottle & Plume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
